![]() Adding some chopped tarragon will transform it into a delicious Bearnaise sauce. Some of my favorite ways to use it include topping it on Eggs Benedict, grilled asparagus, and even grilled fish! In the photo below, I’ve added chopped cilantro, Sriracha hot sauce to make a spicy Hollandaise. This will make the egg white cook faster so it does not spread. This Hollandaise Sauce goes with so many dishes. Fill a 10-inch nonstick skillet half full of water. This Hollandaise Sauce is doctored up with Tabasco, Paprika, Sriracha hot sauce and chopped cilantro and topped over grilled fish. Put the container (heat proof) with the Hollandaise into the pan and let it sit in in the water until it warms. Heat a pan of water almost to a simmer and turn off the heat. Make sure you use unsalted butter to make this dish otherwise omit the salt when you are preparing it. Place the Hollandaise out on the counter to come to room temperature. Blend on low speed for a couple of seconds, just to whisk the eggs. ![]() This Blender Hollandaise Sauce recipe is so easy that you’ll be tempted to make it every weekend! It keeps well stored in a plastic container in the refrigerator, and can be reheated as needed. Put the yolks in a blender or food processor. This easy, no-fail Hollandaise Sauce is rich, velvety, and full of buttery, lemon flavor. When the butter has melted, take it off the heat. Place the butter in a medium pan over a low heat, so it starts to melt but doesn’t burn. Make sure the butter stays hot, not lukewarm, for proper emulsion. Next, place the butter into a microwave-safe dish and heat for approximately one minute, or until melted and hot. Turn down the heat as low as it can go but still have the water simmering. Place the egg yolks and lemon juice into a blender container. Half-fill the pan with water and bring to a simmer. It really elevates your dishes to the next level. You may need to put it back in for 10-15 more seconds until it reaches the consistency of gravy. Hint: Take it out halfway through the cooking (about 20 seconds) and whisk.
